Archer using Indoor Range

REGISTRATION OPENS MONDAY, MARCH 9TH!!!

The Youth Development Program is geared for youth 11 – 18 years of age and is open to club members as well as non-members.

The next program iteration is for intermediate participants.  The target audience must have the ability to draw back a 14 lbs recurve bow until the string touches their nose and a level of maturity to be able to follow instructions. This program is also targeted for archers with beginner experience.

The program consists of the following learning objectives with the primary objective always being safety.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn about range safety and etiquette
  • Improve the elements of shooting form
  • Improve on the use and adjust of a sight (if used)
  • Refine the shot sequences
  • Receive individual, tailored guidance on the form and aiming
  • Experience outdoor targeting and field archery
  • Score using a 10-ring target face and progress through the various beginner levels.

The program will be 10 weeks on Monday evenings 6:30pm – 8:00pm. 

First class starts April 13th, 2026.

 Pricing:

  • Non-members: $250
  • Members: $150 

There will only be enough room for 12 participants This is to ensure we have room for participants and coaches at or near the shooting line.   Registration webform is HERE.

Our priorities will focus on Safety, Fun and Achievements. All participants learn at their own pace and earn achievements individually.  We offer all participants a nurturing and competitive-spirit environment.  Our main goal is for all to have fun and improve their archery skills at the same time. The level of achievement is unlimited.
