Membership Details

We would like to inform you that all membership renewal letters have been sent via email. If you have not received yours, please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you are still unable to locate the email, kindly contact us at membership@yorkcountybowmen.com for assistance.

Please note that there was a misprint on the renewal form regarding the e-transfer email address. The correct address for e-transfer payment is:

membership@yorkcountybowmen.com

As a reminder, membership renewals are not considered complete until both payment and a signed waiver have been received. Please ensure your signed waiver is submitted along with your renewal documents.

We are transitioning from annual laminated tags to a permanent membership card system. As part of this transition:

– submit a new photo (headshot only & preferably digital) with your renewal

– a photo is required for children 12+

If you would simply like to update your photo, you are welcome to send in a new one with your renewal as well.

We appreciate your patience and co-operation during this transition. Membership cards will be mailed out between late December and into January with more details to follow.
