To improve the evaluation of probationary members along with enhancing safe archery practices, the YCB board has implemented a YCB sign-off sheet for probationary members. Individuals in their probationary phase are required to secure three separate signatures from different full members after shooting with them for a 45-60 min period. If the probationary member has demonstrated safe archery practices, the member may date and sign this document in the appropriate section. If members have concerns about the probationary member’s safety practices, please contact any board member.
If you don’t feel qualified or wish to participate in this evaluation process, please just inform the probationary member to secure a signature with another full member.
The end goal is to make our new members feel welcome while ensuring the safety of all our members.
